I thought I would send you a note to thank you for your wonderful staff.

Being laid off can shatter self-esteem and fill a person with paralyzing uncertainty of what the future may hold. As your staff shared their own job loss situations, they treated me with respect and actually gave me hope. Their professionalism, advice, and ability to get me to focus on my offerings gave me drive and excitement to move on to another opportunity.
